Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Novix Production ("Agency," "we," or "us") for creative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

Novix Production provides post-production, video editing, motion graphics, audio mastering, content repurposing, and creative campaign coordination. Specific deliverables, turnaround schedules, revision allowances, and pricing are defined in written project briefs, estimates, or Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon between the parties.

3. Client Assets and Warranties

Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary raw footage, audio recordings, brand guidelines, fonts, and assets required to complete the project.

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for any media, music, logos, or materials you provide to Novix Production, and that our use of these materials will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each project scope includes a defined number of structured revision rounds (typically 2 rounds for standalone projects unless otherwise specified).

• Feedback should be consolidated, clear, and actionable to ensure timely turnaround.
• Revisions must remain within the initial project brief. Changes that alter the fundamental concept, script, or narrative direction after milestone sign-off are treated as change requests and quoted separately.

5. Invoicing & Payment Terms

For standalone projects, production commences upon receipt of an initial deposit (typically 50%), with the remaining balance due upon final delivery of approved master files.

For monthly content retainers, invoices are billed in advance at the start of each service period. We reserve the right to suspend editing queues if accounts are overdue.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment of all agreed fees, all rights, title, and interest in the final rendered video exports and creative deliverables transfer to the client for their intended commercial distribution.

Unless explicitly agreed under an NDA or buyout agreement, Novix Production reserves the customary right to display finished work, excerpts, or process breakdowns in our portfolio, website, and promotional reels to demonstrate our capabilities.

7. Realistic Results & Disclaimers

Novix Production executes professional creative post-production and strategic editing. However, video distribution algorithms, organic reach, audience engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation depend on multiple external factors (such as platform algorithm changes, product-market fit, and ad spend). We do not guarantee specific viewer numbers, viral distribution, or revenue outcomes.
